How do you play around teammates who don’t rotate? Diamond 2/3 trios

I finally hit champ last season for the first time ever in trios. I’m back in diamond and the biggest issue that I notice is teammates who don’t rotate. They go back ball side into our corner and defend from our corner instead of back post. If you do this, please stop. My question is how do you play around? I feel like that person then becomes a ball hog and your team is then limited on touches and opportunities. It also feels like you’re playing defense the whole time when the opponent is rotating. What’s the play?
