This guy on r-l.com put up a trade for an item I wanted to get. The trade had a note, text on discord and that he won’t talk thru the website since the chat system is buggy.

He sends me a link to a coin buying website, which is organising an event and he was participating and was 3rd in the ranks, he wanted me to go vote for him only then he said he would overpay me.

Seems like this is the technique, they link you a website which gives a pop up mini tab in which you have to log into epic.

I was able to find out immediately because, I received email stating I’ve changed my 2fa settings. I think it was a bot spamming it. I changed my passwords and all to re secure the account but it was too late I lost all my traded items.

It’s not just one guy, I’ve seen another guy do the same trick, he will call you to discord to send you a link and just phish your account.

If any traders call you to discord or another website, even tho it looks legit. Ik it obvious stuff but y’all be careful. Just maybe stick to Reddit.
