Im very new to rl, I got it after it became free so I dont know much. Anyways I have some blueprints that I thought I could trade, specifically the Octane: Dragon Lord painted pink, Im not sure how much it actually trades for but i searched it up and its worth around 400c. How do you actually start a trade with a random player, is there some kind of site to put up offers like warframe and how much is the dragon lord decal actually worth, also do i have to activate the blueprint or whatever before trading?
