Assuming RLCS majors keep the 16-team format. What do you think is the ideal major spot distribution?

In Gibbs' recent video he mentioned EU and NA losing spots for MENA and SSA which a lot of people disagree over because of the following
- SSA #1 is lesser than everyone else
- EU shouldn't lose a spot in their current form
- NA/EU money/viewership
