Anyone else have issues with downloading updates on steam?

I have very good internet and any game other than rocket league on steam I can download huge updates in minutes. For some reason rocket league can take up to an hour or more to download a 3 to 4 gb update. I’ve reinstalled and even rebooted my pc. Am I missing something? Is there any way I can reserve this issue or is it on steams end?
