Recent DX11 update making RL have a higher CPU usage?

I didn't notice this until recently, but my CPU usage is through the roof and it didn't seem like that at first when the update happened but I was looking and it was at 70-90% but when I switched DX9 I'm back to about 30-40%. Have y'all noticed this happen at all?
