Question about queuing with lower friends

Hey, so I have already unlocked my champ season rewards, and I am around diamond 3 in 3s. I've been playing with friends at my school who are in platinum, and in fact, one of them is still unranked in 3s. My question is, even though we haven't really been winning, will I, or they, be disqualified from my season rewards for queuing with them, even though I've already unlocked them solo queuing? If so, we could always just manage by playing unranked, but it's not as competitive. Thank you.
