How do I unlock cars? PC

I bought the game on PC some time ago but I never actually customized my car. I tried today and I only have the starting 10, and can't unlock any more, whereas on my xbox I've unlocked almost all of them.
There isn't any locked cars or anything, it just says I've unlocked 10/10. Same with the paintjobs.
Is there a way I can fix this?
