I've recently come back from vacation and have played around 12-15 hours - (from lvl 45 to (47 3/4)) I've only gotten some trashy toppers (3 total) which i already own and ONLY 1 painted topper which is "Witch Hat - Sky Blue".

What is the dropchance for these items? I've read somewhere that the chances increase every game as you dont get an item. I've also read that there is some kind of week cap which restricts you from gaining any more items if you've already got some this week.. I remember before this summer update that you would get an item like every 3 games that you play. Could someone please explain how it works now? Cuz im eager to get some new painted wheels (:
