Day three of learning speed flip kickoffs

I'm really really trying to get this mechanic down as I've realized I need to know if. Currently I'm rank Gold 2 div 3 was Gold 3. I've been playing continuously since April but only recently did I learn of everything else with rocket League. Was just a casual player since 2020. Anyway, I'm in mustys practice and can't seem to get to the ball fast enough. I play on Xbox series X. Any tips? Also any tips on keeping a line?
