Hello all! So as of recent I've started running into an issue with micro stutters, enough to where if I'm flying, or trying to jump/dodge my car freaks out for the split second it happens. The time varies from every several second to more like 30 seconds to a minute.

My specs for the main components are an Intel i5-7500k and a Nvidia GeForce 1070ti, I've never had problems at all before with my parts. I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers with DDU, I've messed with Nvidia control panel settings, and in games where I have issues I turn the graphics down as far as I can and it still happens. I have to assume at this point it's an CPU issue, and I feel like I've done everything minus reinstalling Windows at this point. Has anyone had this issue and they've been able to fix it or is my CPU falling off a cliff?
