MMR is confusing

So i’ve been trying to play a bit more lately and trying to figure out rankings and what mmr i need to hit, i’m currently 1122 champ 1 div 2 and everything i’ve read says that’s champ 2 or whatever. I’m not saying i’m ranked wrong or anything but does anyone have an updated article with a chart for the different ranks and divs
