So I only have a Wii U (so rock band 3 not 4) but I have issues downloading certain songs.

I've been having trouble downloading certain songs.
Songs like Don't Look Back in Anger always freezes and punch out error code 204910 but downloading Wonderwall has no issues.
Is this the Rock Band Server acting up or are some songs delisted?
List of songs causing problems on the Wii U:
Killer Queen by Queen (RB3 version)
Don't look back in anger by Oasis
