Feel free to delete this if it’s out of bounds for this subreddit but my wife this weekend developed rules for a sexy version of rock band. We played with 3 people but it could easily work for 4. The way it works is that you play songs switching instruments and using percentages for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place do the actions below between each song.

1st place - Ask the other players truth or dare questions

2nd place - Picks the next song

3rd place - Takes off an article of clothing

Having 850 songs gave us a lot of choices and it was fun to strategically choose a song to make the next person lose. Like I was winning too much and then was forced to sing a song I’ve never heard before. We all had a really fun time playing.
