I just got off the phone with a resident at UR. He's been calling construction companies to try to collect N95 masks in anticipation of a shortage. I asked if it would be helpful if I reached out to /r/Rochester and he said he'd be grateful if I could do the groundwork for him.

If you have any N95 masks that you'd be willing to part with, I’d be more than happy to come collect them. Even if you only have a couple, it would be appreciated—if 100 people donate 1 that's suddenly 100 masks.

The handful of masks that I have are new but not individually wrapped nor labeled for medical purposes, but he said that anything would be helpful and if it comes to it "desperate times call for desperate measures."
