Time Warner (Spectrum) and Earthlink are my internet options. They used to cost $30-35 for 15Mbps. Now the only package I see is $45 for 60Mbps. Anyone in Rochester recently deal with this?

I used to switch back and forth to get the introductory rates. Usually Earthlink has 15Mbps for $30 "for 6 months". I can usually call once to extend that promotion. After that, I need to sign up for Time Warner, and after I hang up, switch back to Earthlink as a "new customer". Now I don't see any cheap internet options.
Anyone recently go through this? Are they bluffing and have cheaper rates available?
