[S5 Max] Cleaning the clog in water tank

Post Body

I know it's my fault not reading the manual first about not putting anything other than water into the water tank.

About a year ago I bought my S5 max and the 2nd time I tried I put disinfectant into my water tank. Several usage after that, I noticed the tank started becoming foggy and pouring water into the tank became harder due to the clog. I stopped putting disinfectant realizing that. However, water still came out when mopping despite of that.

Seven months after, I use it rarely (only about once a month, but water still came out), and finally last usage was about 2 months ago.

Couple days ago I tried to have it go cleaning, I noticed no water coming into the mop. I tried refill and rise the water tank with water 4-5 times and I saw the same result again.

So is there any way to save the water tank? Is there any way to dissolve the clog completely?

Lastly, do you usually empty out water tank after each cleanup? and only refill the tank only when you are about to clean?
