Hello everyone I have a Q5 robot. When I put it on the charger, it charges. But the robot itself doesn’t respond to any of the buttons. I try factory resetting too, but still no life in the robot. When I pull it on the app, it says lost connection and to reconnect the robot. But it doesn’t respond to anything. It doesn’t light up or even say “WiFi reset” . Should I try something else or should I just send it back in?

Update: I clean the charging ports . And the lights on the dock indicate that it’s charging. The robot chimed after a couple of hours on the dock. when I try to click the home and power button, it still has no power.
