Roborock S7 ultra max not emptying the bin

I have a s7 ultra max and once the vacuuming has completed it goes back to empty itself. I am finding that it is not fully emptying the dust bin. I have full cleaned the machine and also washed and dried the dust bin (left it for 2 days to dry fully). Interested to know of any other suggestions to ensure that the bin gets fully emptied at the end of the cleaning cycle. Not it was Vacuuming and not mopping
