Does anyone here play After the Flash?

I had just recently started playing Roblox, again.And one of my favorite games is After The Flash:Mirage. I had been trying to get all pickaxes hidden on the map. So far I had found the abyssal pickaxe, I am trying to find the incinerated pickaxe, but when I get to the mantle in the mines, I can't seem to get in. Also another issue is when I try to customize my character, and I try to put something on, it starts loading, and it never ends. I had try putting a message out on the ATF advisory board group, but It seems to had fallen on deaf ears. What should I do? And is there anyway to fix this?
