hi there, i just came across this thread so im hoping i could get some answers as to whats been happening.

for some unidentifiable (for me at least) reason, ive kept having crashes happen to me across basically any game i play on roblox nowadays. it doesn't force crash me, but games would stop loading in parts of a map, etc and anyone else around me would freeze in place not moving. the chat would also freeze and anything i say wouldnt show up nor would any new messages, and although i CAN type in the chat nothing would show up. i find myself still able to move, but if i was driving a vehicle or something i wouldnt be able to slow down or accelerate because of some random freeze like this. you can see what happens in the video attached to this post. my wifi is perfectly fine for other games such as among us and stuff, and regular browsing is fine.

my specs for those curious are amd ryzen 9 5900hx, rtx 3080, 64gb ram, 2tb ssd with a 360hz refresh rate hence a gaming laptop so there should be no reason why i have issues like this. im not sure if the above issues like this have happened to anyone else so im wondering if i can get some help. if i uninstall and reinstall roblox will that fix anything? should i turn down graphics settings in roblox (i basically dont lag though it would improve frame rates)? im at a complete loss of what to do, and these constant crashes are getting irritated. id like to know and have a fix as soon as possible.
