I’ve never found this style of tortilla in grocery stores, even in Northgate or El Super.
These tortillas are thicker, they aren’t as fluffy as, say, Mission brand, and they aren’t flaky like Sonoran style tortillas. Very different from Chipotle or Del Taco. They have a nice chewy bite to them while other flour tortillas have that fluffy/stick to your teeth feeling. I think they’re a superior tortilla, and I can only find them when I get burritos from Alberto’s, Los Fredos, etc.
Where can I get these for making my own burritos at home?
