As an Absa main, I feel like her QAC is really hard to deal with for my opponents and they get really confused and frustrated.
For those not familiar with what I'm talking about its when she can do up B and shift directions for the second up B. Then when she lands on a floor/platform she can do another pair of up Bs which becomes Quick attack cancelling. You can do this for an infinite amount of times as long as you hit the ground before you start your next pair.
Most of the time it makes me win neutral. I do notice that she isn't invincible for all the time (I still need to study the frame data about it to find out why I can get hit out of it). My friend really hates that move and doesn't think she should be able to go all over the arena with such a move. We both are Project M players and he is picking up Pikachu (and he is doing a great job at it too).
But from my point of view, like I said it does feel like I win the neutral game too easily but it does have its flaws. I don't forget the fact that she is supposed to be a zoner, not a rushdown character, but that mechanic really gives her some amazing options to confuse your opponent. I agree that move may be too good for its own good, but I wonder what the purpose of that design was other than to recover or to look flashy. I think its really fun to do QAC with her considering her ground mobility isn't as fast as everyone else's.
We also both agreed that Project M pikachu did deserve the QAC nerfs but thats for another topic. But for Absa what do you guys think about her QAC? (both Absa mains and people who hate dealing with Absa or like fighting her, and anyone else are welcome to answer)
