My name is Harry; I'm from New Zealand, and I will be the new leader of r/RisingTideNetwork. First, I would like to thank u/Notamod2112 and u/eagleclaw901 for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. I'm a simple guy, and my aim as a RTN Leader is also simple, which is growth. I joined RTN last December with r/KoreanCelebrityFap. We had a difficult first month with many ups and downs, but we gradually started to gain momentum, and today we have 95K members.

I have around 15 other RTN subreddits too, and all have achieved good results. The knowledge I learned and achieved in my time as a moderator is something I want to share and use in all communities. I've already made a list for every subreddit's milestone. It contains eight sets for the first phase and will start working on it soon.

The uncleared reports in the Mod queue are something that was a concern for me. Thankfully, we have found the right profiles, and they are now handling the respective subreddits very well. I will release a list of the subreddits since I am now looking for a promoter for a handful of them.
