Game reset by at least a few hours

So I got Snoggletog Toothless this morning opened up the game later it shows I haven't collected when I've already sent out Snoggletog Toothless and the dragons that i leveled up are now lower level. What is going on I'm trying to get Snoggletog toothless again right now. It also looks like it refunded me the runes I used to buy 3 bags for search Can someone explain what is going on with this game?
