I was traveling for the past week and didn't take my switch and ring fit with me, instead I just worked out at the gym everyday at the hotel. I started running with 5 lb weights on the treadmill and I was able to do that for a good mile or so. Then I moved up to 10 lb weights for another half a mile.
I tried doing that before ring fit and I never had the arm strength. Now I want to add weights to my routine and I see people here mention they use wrist and ankle weights. However there are so many brands and styles out there. For those that use the weights, which work well while working out with ring fit?
