Game Gyms and Finalia Advice Needed

Ive gotten to level 23 (Finalia) and before I defeat dragaux, I decided I want to finish all the other levels at 100%. I have gotten there for most of the levels however the quests with game gyms have been quite a challenge.

Specifically Thigh Rider (get all coins, and in fog) and Smack Back (every one that requires breaking all robots or avoiding damage). I am also struggling with aerochute (get all rings), but I feel like I can overcome that obstacle through more strength training. I do well with aerochute for a time but then my arms tire half way through.

thigh rider and smack back on the other hand have less to do with my strength and more to do with how finicky it is. I was almost tempted to cheat and make thigh rider an arm exercise.

So should I keep working towards my goal of finishing all the levels at 100% before defeating Dragaux? Or just move on and visit it all another time. If I do continue, please give me tips on how to master these game gyms! Also does difficulty level affect games?
