I think I hurt my knee :/

Post Body

I stopped for a bit (like 2 weeks) because of work, then started back up without reducing my difficulty level. The first day went fine, the second day I did a lot of squats and wide squats, and while I felt tired and generally felt "worked out", I didn't notice until the next morning that my knees were quite stiff...

OK, I thought, maybe this is just the general stiffness of getting back into things, it'll pass right? well it's been a week and a half without putting too much stress on my knees (and doing zero ringfit) and the muscles right around my left kneecap still have random bouts of a sort of burning sensation.

I don't want to make this worse but I also want to start working out again, is it doctor time?
