I’ve honestly never had this much fun working out and I think it’s the last push I needed to try to get under 200 lbs before the year ends. It’s amazing how heavily proper form effects your workout, I’ve been burning! Any tips to make sure I’m maximizing my workouts? Mainly looking to lose weight and tone.
