I am incredibly out of shape/overweight and I bought RingFit to be sort of a supplement to eating healthier. This thing kicked my ass. I couldn't even make it through the second level. My breaking point was that I couldn't get low enough for the chair sit to register, so I just decided to do a mini game instead. I plan to keep trying but tell me I'll get used to it or it'll get easier. Just trying to keep jogging is hard. I did 10 minutes today and I'll aim for 15 tomorrow. You guys seem to have success so hopefully I will too. Sorry if this is more venting than anything but I know myself. If I get discouraged, I'll stop and I'll be back to no exercise and just eating whatever. It's got to get easier, right?
EDIT: thanks everyone for the tips and the encouragement! I was treating this like a sprint instead of a marathon. I'll stay consistent but not overdo it. I'll also make sure to keep counting calories. I'm using NOOM and I have liked it so far. My younger brother has even said he'll do RingFit with me so I hope that in a few months I can post again with some progress 😁 thank you!
