I was wondering if there's any information on getting the complete set of Mustard Skeleton clothes. I read that it's available in World 7 through the squat goals game but I cleared the whole world and World 8 as well but never saw it.

Is there an in-game event that has to be triggered or a point where it becomes available after a certain number of worlds and stages?

I saw that I have one more mission request before achieving a 100% completion rate on World 7 so I'm assuming it'll become available after a few more stages.

Anyone got any advice?
