what hand?

does anyone know if there is a specific hand the ring should be worn on? I’m finding I have fairly fat fingers so I’m sure on the size but want to monos if this is supposed to go on any specific hand? I know with some other rings it’s asked to wear on you non dominate hand but ppl say on the dominate is fine…any idea of which is best?
