Call the I got a notice today three different ring solar panels. I have an outdoor cameras on all of a sudden the same week stop charging. What is going on what would cause this to happen.
Two of the panels are on stick up cameras, and have been in use about 18 months. The other one has only been in used for 10 months. Itβs on a floodlight cam. Very strange that all three of them at the same time have stopped charging correctly.
1. Currently at 45% normally at 100% solar status connected
2. Currently at 15% normally at 100% solar status connected.
3. Currently level 19% normally at 100% solar status connected. This device would also allow me to add a second battery, which I have not done.
What is the life of the ring batteries for these devices. Could the batteries be at the end of their life?
