Ring Shop Does not Work When Logged In

Everytime I try to view my cart and check out - I get a 404 error.
Happening to anyone else? Even did in incognito.
Same thing happens in mobile.
Edit: somebody else had a similar issue a few years ago.
Edit: Ring support was able to send me a link to check out, but if I login, it still will cause the 404, they think it's because of the discount code I have. I will just have to purchase without logging in.
