Ring doorbell fell on the ground. I hear a click noise now when the camera changes from day mode to night mode.

I never noticed this before, can anyone try blocking their sensor and activating night mode to see if it does the same? It would be appreciated. Also what is their exchange policy? I’ve used the double sided tape they provided and I’ve used multiple kinds to attach to it to my outside area but it has fallen a few times and is now scuffed up. I don’t know if the clicking noise is caused from it falling now.
