Why won't the ring cami come online?

I few years ago I got a door camera from ring am ever since it's worked great, soni decided to get the big bulky camera for the side on my house about a year or two ago... The problem I've been having with that side camera is that it won't go back online, it's been like this for a week and I've reset it and took the batteries out with a full charge and then reset it, I'm not sure what else I can do... Anyone know what is causing the problem?
