I recently set up a few cameras for an elderly person using my ring account. I then shared there home cameras with them via the app using their email address. I would now like to give them full ownership and remove their cameras from my app. I called Ring and they said the only way is to have them scan each camera as if they are setting up the system like new. We canโt have them climbing ladders and Iโm not there to help.
Any suggestions on how to make someone else the primary and remove my access?
