is the srts mod incompatible with the warrants mod?

ive been playing around with the warrants mod and i use the genesis to make my life easier in collecting bounties, some cantracts it works just fine but often times when i deliver the lunch button just disappears removing my ship and making my pawns walk home and my ships vanish. is there a mod that would fix this? or something i could do to prevent this from happening? (besides uninstalling the mod)
