Colonist image location. Unsure what to do the XML files.

Hey, I know this has been asked a lot, but I'm not sure what to do about finding colonist's images. The only thing I've been able to find is XML info, and I'm unsure what to do with those files.
Taking a simple screenshot will only result in a low quality image.
Any help is most appreciated!
