Daughter died from overdose

I (M35) lost my (3F) daughter recently to a drug overdose. She was very unhappy with her mother dying from a mechanoid raid, and she was about to breakdown. So I made the suggestion to sniff some Yayo. She disappeared a few min after I made this suggestion, I thought she went to bed as it was midnight.
In the morning, I found her dead in the dining room from overdose. I tried to save her, but her body was already dead cold… AITA ?
