So, haven't played rimworld in years, got back into it, I believe I updated all my mods correctly and swapped out obsolete ones.

I only use mods from steam workshop.

The issue I'm having is I can't call the fallen empire on comms. I used to be able too, in fact I've done it alot for military aid. I can still call other people, but when I send someone to call the empire, they go to the console and just stand there, then walk away.

I do have a separate issue, where occasionally quests will be blank or just say error, as it generally wasn't game breaking I've just been ignoring it.

I have the royalty dlc enabled

I'm unsure if there's an easy way to provide my mod list.
