I'm nobody, I wouldn't be doing this for clout (I don't plan on monetizing a YT channel or whatever), and I'm certainly not the best player at Rimworld (or really, uh, any game for that matter). BUUUT, I do think I have some valuable insights and I haven't really seen a satisfactory (to me) tutorial series for this very complicated game.
Some things I feel qualified to teach/do/whatever:
Handling bugs. This is one of the most requested help topics on this sub, and they're quite easy to handle at pretty much all stages of the game unless you've let them replicate for a full year or something.
Progression Checklist. All the things you need to remember to do - in the rough order you should do them - while building up your colony.
Handling Mechs.
Starting Pawns and how to roll them.
General Base Defense.
Anything else you think would be helpful. Comment below with any ideas! :)
Or is there a wealth of knowledge somewhere that I'm just not familiar with, and this would be mostly unneeded?
