Infant prisoners?

What do you do when one of your prisoners is pregnant and gives birth. Base (in this case with biotech active) game doesn’t let you arrest the baby and no one will take care of it. Any one know a mod or anything to fix this or at least let the game recognize them as prisoners opposed to just set pieces.
