Chloro or Bard?

Hello everyone,
I thought I would try Rift again and I am torn between leveling a bard or Chloro. I usually focus more so on pve, however I do like to pvp (solo usually). I was wondering what you guys thought would be the best for end game raiding, and how they shape up to each other? Thanks!
