( PC using controller ) everything keeps nose dipping automatically when i hold down acceleration.

everytime i hold down acceleration to start moving on anything it automatically nose dips and i cant find anything online about this issue.
its really bothersome as it causes me to automatically do tricks which mess up landing etc as i have to pull up or down and keep that way to stop it.
Had played on ps4 and this wasnt an issue.
any help? thanks.
