I'm wondering if anyone has ever called in to Brian Lehrer's show and directly asked the mayor about motorcycling in NYC? If not, I'm curious to know what your top issues/ suggestions would be.
Last weekend we got pulled over twice in fifteen minutes. Ticketed for an open visor, and the second time 'checking registration'. I know this isn't unique but it seems especially egregious right now. Interested in calling not just to discuss the risk/benefit of those stops during a pandemic, but why the city targets riders disproportionately and has so few incentives to ride.
EDIT: Reversing the order of my post to clarify I'm looking for feedback on how we can make NYC more moto-friendly.
