The ACE Executive Committee has an upcoming meeting and is accepting requests, suggestions and ideas to be included in the March agenda.

The current agenda includes:

Officer and director report discussion, Approval of any outstanding meeting minutes or email votes, Review of action items, Review of procedures manual Discussion - election process, Vote to authorize use of VoteNow, Communication plan, Transition planning, Terms and conditions update, Code of conduct update, Regional rep guidelines review, Identifying future leaders, Volunteer Handbook Review, Gift acceptance guidance, Ethics guidance, Working with a minor.

All ACE members are able to reach out to their Executive Committee by emailing [email protected] to add things, or with any questions. The deadline for submission to this agenda is March 8, 2024 by midnight EST.
