How do rich access the ultra exclusive things

Say there are just a limited pieces of a kind for example Hermes Sac Bijou Birkin bags- just 3 in the world each priced at 2 million dollars(reportedly)

Now these bags are expensive but not for the very rich and since these are super exclusive, they won’t lose their value either. How do ultra rich people go about acquiring these kind of things?
