But that's literally what's happened in the US - which is why we have only had one black president (and he had a white parent), only one Catholic president (everyone else has been Protestant), and Congress has been over 90% white across our 200 year history.
Also true for all of Europe, China, Israel, etc.
Funny how its not an issue until it comes to black people ruling their own countries...
