This is a serious offer. I am an engineer and have been a homeowner for 25 years. I also have the equipment needed to winterize your sprinklers! I am the friend you ask for help with anything around the house from appliances, to plumbing, repairing cabinet door hinges, hanging pictures or shelves or heavy mirrors, to computer or appliance repair.
You must have at least one broken cabinet hinge, a slow drain, a toilet that keeps running. I can also help with light electrical or AC work. Certainly the litter box could be cleaned or the dog poop could be picked up out in your yard. Let me help with anything that will make your week a little more relaxing and take less than a couple hours..
Once the work is done to your satisfaction, I will put my tools away and we can get comfortable. You take off your top and take out my tool to show me your handiwork - for a maximum of 10 minutes - but it will be all over in just a couple minutes.
Don’t let any worries hold you back from booking me to get something done around the house. I am a safe, sane professional father who will verify and will be thrilled to see you topless.

- I will drive 45 minutes or so and will come with all supplies and tools needed.

- I am attracted to all women - any body type or ethnicity, but would prefer over age 30 or so up to about age 75.

I want to become your regular handyman so my work is guaranteed. If your are not satisfied, I will also leave unsatisfied. I would prefer your partner knows about this (husbands ask your wives!) and I expect everyone who will be there will verify. Lets have some fun and get some things knocked off your to-do list.
